Product Description
Introducing the cutting-edge MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, meticulously crafted by Xiamen Newcom Electrical Co. Ltd. Drawing inspiration from the renowned MNS series by ABB in Switzerland and enhanced with our innovative improvements, this switchgear stands as the pinnacle of advanced technology in China's low-voltage sector. Immerse yourself in the brilliance of standardized, modular design, where each drawer is equipped with robust mechanical interlocks, ensuring unparalleled safety and reliability for users.
This exceptional switch cabinet is precision-engineered for applications in AC 50 (60) Hz environments with rated working voltages of 400V and 660V, supporting rated currents up to 5000A, within three-phase five-wire power systems. Seamlessly adaptable for power plants, substations, industrial complexes, and commercial venues like hotels, airports, and communication hubs, it excels in power generation, distribution, conversion, and consumption management. Enhanced by reactive power compensation through a capacitance compensation cabinet, it meets rigorous national and international standards: GB7251.1 'low-voltage switchgear' and IEC60439 'low-voltage switchgear and control equipment'.
Use Environment
1. Designed for environments where the ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C or drop below -5°C, ensuring a comfortable average of +35°C over 24 hours.
2. This equipment maintains optimal performance with a relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C, and accommodates higher humidity levels at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Additionally, it is built to handle occasional moderate condensation due to temperature fluctuations.
3. Optimized for indoor installations, suited for locations with an elevation not surpassing 2000 meters.
4. Engineered to thrive in environments free from violent vibrations and impacts, ensuring electrical components remain uncorroded and intact.
