Use Environment

1. The ambient air temperature should gracefully range between -5 °C and +40 °C, while ensuring an average daily temperature does not exceed +35 °C within a 24-hour period;

2. Relative humidity should remain below 50% at the peak temperature of +40 °C. However, a higher relative humidity level is permissible at cooler temperatures, for instance, up to 90% at +20 °C;

3. The air should be clean, devoid of corrosive, explosive gases, or any conductive and insulating dust;

4. Must be installed vertically in environments free of noticeable shaking, shock, or vibration, with an allowable tilt of no more than 5 degrees;

5. The altitude for installation should not surpass 2000 meters;

6. The switch cabinet is designed to endure the following transportation and storage temperatures: -25 °C to +55 °C, with a temporary maximum of +70 °C for no longer than 24 hours;

7. Should any conditions above not be met, users are encouraged to consult with the manufacturer for tailored solutions.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. Detailed main circuit distribution system and phase layout diagrams, alongside rated working voltage, current, protective device current, and any critical technical parameters.

2. Clearly specify the specifications of both incoming and outgoing cables.

3. Include the model, specifications, and quantities of all major electrical components within the differential cabinet.

4. If bus extrusion or ducting is required between switch or incoming cabinets, please specify the precise data such as span and ground height.

5. If the switch cabinet will be used under unique environmental conditions, these should be thoroughly detailed when placing an order.

6. Specify the desired surface color and any other specific requirements for the switch cabinet.
