Use Environment

1. The ambient air temperature should reach no higher than +40 °C and be no lower than -5 °C, with the 24-hour average kept comfortably below +35 °C.

2. The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at the sweltering maximum of +40 °C. However, when temperatures drop, a higher relative humidity, such as 90% at +20 °C, is perfectly acceptable.

3. The air must be pristine — free from corrosive and explosive gases as well as any conductive or insulating dust.

4. Ensure the installation is vertical with no major shaking or shock vibrations. Any inclination should remain under 5 degrees for optimal stability.

5. The altitude must be maintained below 2000 meters for proper functionality.

6. For transporting and storing the switch cabinet, the temperature range should be between -25 °C and +55 °C, with short-term temperatures not exceeding +70 °C for more than 24 hours.

7. Should these conditions not be met, a discussion between user and manufacturer is essential to ensure product efficacy.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. A detailed main circuit distribution system diagram and phase layout diagram. Include rated working voltage, current, and protection device specifications, along with any necessary technical parameters.

2. Clearly specify the dimensions and specifications of both incoming and outgoing cables.

3. List the model, specifications, and quantity of the primary electrical components within the differential cabinet.

4. Should bus extrusion or a bus duct be necessary between switch or incoming cabinets, provide detailed data such as span and ground height.

5. If operating under special environmental conditions, details should be specified at the time of ordering.

6. State any preferred surface color for the switch cabinet along with other specific requirements you might have.
