1. The ideal environment for our Compact Transformer Substation is where the ambient air temperature ranges comfortably between +40°C and -5°C. It is essential to ensure that the average temperature over a 24-hour period does not exceed +35°C for optimal performance.

2. Specifically crafted for indoor installation, this substation should be situated in locations where the altitude does not exceed 2000 meters. This ensures that the equipment functions with peak efficiency and reliability.

3. At a maximum temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity should not surpass 50%. However, at reduced temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible, such as up to 90% at +20°C. It's crucial to address potential condensation effects due to temperature fluctuations.

4. During installation, it's important to ensure that the angle of inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane is limited to a maximum of 5% to guarantee stability and performance.

5. For optimal functioning, install the substation in environments free from severe vibrations, impacts, and corrosive substances that could compromise the integrity of electrical components.

6. Should there be any unique requirements or circumstances, we encourage users to engage in discussions with the manufacturer to tailor solutions appropriately.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. Comprehensive details of the main circuit distribution system, including full phase layout diagrams. Specify rated working voltage, working current, and protection device operating current alongside all necessary technical parameters.

2. Precisely indicate the specifications of both incoming and outgoing cables for seamless integration and efficiency.

3. Provide detailed information on the model, specifications, and quantity of main electrical components housed within the differential cabinet for optimal configuration.

4. Should bus extrusion or bus duct be required between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, please specify the required details, such as span and height from the ground, for precise installation.

5. If the switch cabinet will operate under special environmental conditions, it is vital to detail these conditions during the ordering process to ensure compatibility and performance.

6. Specify the preferred surface color of the switch cabinet along with any additional specific requirements to meet aesthetic and functional needs.
