Product Description
Introducing our exceptional MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear—an epitome of innovation and efficiency. Developed by leveraging insights from the renowned MNS series of ABB in Switzerland, this switchgear is a comprehensive improvement manifesting the pinnacle of advanced technology in China. Each unit is meticulously crafted from a series of standardized modules, offering unparalleled reliability. The robust mechanical interlocks ensure user safety, making it a seamless choice for various applications.
This state-of-the-art switch cabinet is designed for use in power systems with AC frequencies of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltages of 400V or 660V, and rated currents of up to 5000A. Ideal for deployment in power plants, substations, industrial and mining operations, as well as infrastructure such as buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication hubs like radio and television centers. It facilitates power generation, transmission, distribution, and control, and enhances efficiency with reactive power compensation through capacitance cabinets. Fully compliant with the national standard GB7251.1 and the IEC60439 international standards for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment.
Use Environment
1. Designed to perform optimally within ambient air temperatures not exceeding +40°C and not dropping below -5°C, while maintaining an average of +35°C over a 24-hour period.
2. The switchgear is built to withstand relative humidity levels that do not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. It can handle higher humidity at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, with occasional moderate condensation due to temperature fluctuations.
3. Intended strictly for indoor applications, with installation at elevations not surpassing 2000 meters above sea level.
4. Installation should occur in stable environments free from severe vibrations and impacts, ensuring that electrical components remain uncorroded.
